Well let's see, I'm just trying this out to see if this works. I have been going to weight watchers for 9 weeks and lost 12lbs but haven't lost any for about 2 weeks and I'm getting VERY fustrated. I'm going to try to change my work out routine. BUT anywho, just wanted to say hi!

Amy, A program like Weight Watchers is good for a short time and then it seems that the body rejects the things that were working in the beginning. Any diet, whether it's low fat or low carb only work for awhile and then your body will rebel because it's not getting the nutrients, fat and carbs that you need to survive. Your loses will stop, and in some cases, you may even gain weight.

The best advice that I can give you is to go to the Men's Health web site and read the nutrition articles that you can access. If you can find a copy, read The Abs Diet by David Zinczenko.

Make sure your work outs are a combination of Cardio and weight training. Weight training will burn more calories in the long haul because it turbo charges your metabolism for up to 48 hours and for every 1 pound of muscle you add, your body has to burn 50 extra calories to sustain it!
