I have been interested in fitness and interested in weight loss from my teens onward...I have gone through some extreme cravings, and became overweight at a few points in my life, only to lose the weight and then slowly regain. I have always had an interest in weight lifting and strength, and prided myself on my muscles even at my top weight. I have a fast metabolism that has sometimes made me scoff at diets, but when I'm out of control, I can stay that way, make a pattern of it, and let myself go while I stay in denial. I also have a figure without many natural curves, so I look better at an athletic low weight. I'm aiming to be active every day of the week if possible, and to stay between 1150 and 1950 calories every day, depending on mood and activity level. Feel free to friend me! I'm logging in every day and plan to stay active on the site even once I'm at my goal.
