Low Cal Butternut Squash -Apple Soup

This is so easy, low cal and delicious.
Preheat oven 375*
In large glass baking dish place 1 whole butternut squash, 2 whole large apples,& 2 sweet potatoes whole
Bake for 1 hr and 10 min, remove from oven and let cool ~ 20 min
Cut squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds, then remove squash into a large soup pot and mash with potato masher.
Do the same with the two sweet potatoes and remove skin from apples and add apple pulp to pot. Add 2 TBSP maple syrup, salt and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. Add 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice.
Add 3 Cups chicken broth.
Using a hand blender, blend till smooth, heat. Serves 10
Add a dallop of greek yogurt, FF half and half, or FF sour cream and run a knife thru the middle for a unique star design. About 80 cal per serving (without garnish)
