Improv workout

Every once in a while I like to switch things up and stray for my normal routine. Instead of doing the same thing week after week I go around the gym picking up random weights and working the specific muscle I designated to workout on that day. It revitalizes your workout and adds some new spice to it.

    I do a lot of those. I figure if you have a basic understanding of how to work the major muscle groups (push exercises, pull exercises, lower body exercises) you don't need to go into it with a plan or a regimen already put together. Every morning on resistance days I wake up and look at my suspension trainer and sandbags and say to myself "What to do today.. Hmm..."

    Yesterday I threw together a workout on the fly that was full body murder (shoulders are still feeling it especially). I love clean & press =)
