I am just super excited!!! I just ordered the Insanity DVD workout program by Shaun T. I saw the infomercial while I was on the cardio machine the other day, and I loved what I saw. I already train myself and my clients in that intense manner, however, all the new ideas I can get from this workout program, and the fact that you DON'T need any equipment at all except your own body weight is super nice!! It is very high intensity, cardio/endurance strength training (similar to athletes) and I totally can't wait until it arrives. Just wanted to share my extreme excitement!!! YAY!

I am doing it now and love it,, well except for when I am actually doing it. Now all the Jillian Micheal tapes seem like a cake walk. I am going to take a prep calss to sit for tha ACE exam and once I start training people I will be using some of this!

You aren't lying!!! It kicked my tail on day one!!! I am scared of starting it again. I'm going to do the 30 Day Shred & then do Insanity!!!

I have a question to those of you who have completed Insanity. Did you have to eat the meal plan to a "T" or did you eat within your daily calories + workout calories? Any Feedback is greatly appreciated!!

Good Luck with Insanity, it is really INSANE!!!!!!!
  • yay I can't wait, I already do crossfit type stuff, but this seems soo stinkin intense, thanks all for the comments. I have also done P90X but I didn't feel like it was intense enough in the cardio aspect!

Yeah....it's HARD. I can't make it through the whole videos non-stop yet. It's getting easier.....but it's definitely NOT EASY!
