New PR in 10K

Finished a 10K in 49:59 today. I was aiming to be under 50 minutes, so I'm thrilled to meet my goal, if only barely. I finished 12th out of 91 runners in my age group, with an 8:03 mile pace. I'm actually excited to be turning 40 this year because I'll move up an age group and my time today would have me finishing 8th. Yippee!
