Today's challenge is: Mummy Kicks
Let's do 2 minutes of them.
You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.
Some of you may find it easy while others may find it brutal. Take it
at your own pace and with all exercises don't over do it.

It didn't sound very hard last time when I tried the mummy kicks and it KICKED MY BEHIND!
I will do it again and hope it will be easier--the more we work out, the better!0 -
