Whats your workout routine when it comes to weights? I need help setting one up for myself.
Because while I'm lifting, this is how I feel.

If you are completely new to lifting heavy then I strongly recommend Stronglifts 5x5, compound lifts done 3x a week and its free to download all the stuff you need from the website, even a free app to track your progress.
Start with an Olympic barbell and progress by adding weights each session www.stronglifts.com
I also recommend this calculator to work out your TDEE when lifting: http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/
good luck :happy:0
