Hey all!
I'm on a budget as I don't earn much.
I saw people say that food in high protein in the morning is a good way to fill you up..
I just need to know any 'cheap' tricks of the trade?
I'm from the UK
Thank you x

My budgets go to : eggs, fat free cottage cheese, cartons of egg whites, fat free cream cheese. I buy fat free greek yogurt in the large tub and measure it out.
I travel to London for business and pleasure, and even the food in Tesco is more expensive. But it seemed like Salmon and Prawns were reasonably priced.
I eat a lot of chicken and turkey as well.
My favorite go to breakfast is two hard boiled eggs and a fat free greek yogurt.. My second favorite breakfast is an omlett with fat free cream cheese. Both fill me up and I don't think about food till someone tells me it is lunch time.0 -
Eggs, canned beans, tubs of lowfat yogurt, chicken breasts in large quantities at a time, boxes of whole wheat pasta are like a dollar each where I live.0
