Well now that I feel more awake lol :) just...I could like to say that this weekend has gone incredibly quickly infact the past 2 years have! Tomorrow I would have been with my husband for 21 months and that time has flown. We've laughed, cried and loved together and I wouldn't change anything for the world. We've both been stressed with life and work more illnesses between us than we could possible count! But we still move forward and we still enjoy every moment we have together. For both of our healths we have pledged to get a hold of our lifestyles and make a change, not just what we eat but how we live, to be healthy and to help ourselves to fulfill a meaningful and healthy life together for as long as we can possibly hope for and more. It will be hard, it already is. But you only live once so why waste it stressed and overweight restricted by our greed and ignorance? It's time to change that, it's time to fight because this road is never easy. I ask my MFP friends to join me in making this pledge, that you refuse to be restricted by food and weight, that we will move forward together as a team and make a change to improve our lives so we can fulfill our dreams without shame of our size or restricted by illnesses that pursue us. We promise to make this change for our loved ones but most importantly OURSELVES! MFP has become part of that change for all of us. Complete strangers coming together to support one another in a mutual challenge to help themselves live a full and healthy life and I would like to thank all of you for being with me since day one and I couldn't ask for any more kindess from people i've never met than all of you. So thank you  xxxxx (emotional gush complete lol)

Make a pledge and join me on the road to a healthier you. What do you pledge?

Good morning! Very powerful and motivational blog this morning! I'm with you on this journey; I believe we need to keep on supporting each other while following our own journey. My pledge is to take it "one day at a time" and try to simplify my life, allowing me to spend more time with the ones I love!!
