Hello all! I am a 28 years olds and I need to loose weight. I have been doing well over the last couple of weeks with tracking food and drinks, now if I can get the calories where they need to be, I would be doing even better.

If there are any good snack ideas, please pass them on.

I know this is going to be a long journey, but i can and need to to do it. All encourgement and ideas are welcome and Thank you, in advance.

    VEGGIES, VEGGIES, VEGGIES! :)

    Do you like hummus? try 1/4 cup of hummus with carrots -- the protein will keep you full!

    Or green beens? -- Low calorie (buy no salt added)

    Drink your water! It helps -- trust me, it really does! ;)

    Celery and Peanut butter, but you have to count the calories!!! Only get a serving of PB and stretch it over several stocks of Celery.

    You can also try nuts -- Almonds are excellent for you. They have protein and healthy oils in them!

    It takes some getting use to, but I promise you, it's worth it!
