    If the response on MFP is any indication, you should be doing alright with the ladies with your new body. That should be a huge motivator to all the guys just starting their transformation journey.

    Dang, Butler! Amazing transformation. Just going from dumpy (like me) to fit as a fiddle is one thing, but you also quit smoking. Everyone is focusing on your appearance, but the lack of a cigarette in your hand is perhaps the biggest improvement you made. Congratulations.
