Stay away from cleanses. They don't really do anything beneficial.

I try to read these cleanse things with an open mind. Sometime, a cleanse is really just forcing a person to cut unhealthy foods out of their diet (caffeine, alcohol, added sugar, etc.).

And then sometimes they have weirdly specific requirements, like eating pineapple. DON'T DO IT!

Is BPC Cleasnse sorta like ATM machine or VIN number? Because if it is, I don't approve.

Perhaps they might substitute Snake Oil?
Cleanse, detox - that would be what your body does naturally....
    Save your money IMO.

My first questions would be, why did you choose this cleanse to begin with. If you know nothing about it, why choose it?

Next question would be, did you contact the company and ask any questions? It took me .02 seconds to do a Google search, find the company and read some information (you don't have to pick the one with pineapples BTW...there are several to choose from).

Then I would want to ask, what is it exactly, that you are "cleansing" that your body doesn't do naturally? IF you really want to do a cleanse, go on a water fast for a while.

I did a 3 day BluePrint renovation cleanse a few years back. I do not recommend doing a cleanse for weight loss purposes. It's obviously not a meaningful way to drop pounds. However, if you are looking to kick start a detox of sorts, this isn't a bad way to go. Yes, it's expensive. But the juices are delicious and you really don't feel hungry. I actually found it HARD to remember to drink a juice every few hours. And the cashew milk/cinnamon drink at the end of the day is DELICIOUS.

There's only 1 juice in the renovation cleanse that contains pineapple, and I'm sure it's not a problem for them to swap it out.

If you've got the cash, try it! Just don't expect miraculous weight loss results.
