I get home from work around 10pm so I have some fresh celery and green apple juice ..I have about 16oz for dinner .
I also eat 4 oz of oven roasted chicken for protein.
Does this sound ok? Should I be concerned about the natural sugar im drinking before going to bed?

Don't worry about the fructose content in fruit as long as your Protein and Fat intake is optimal then that should be fine.0

Why not eat the apple and celery and get some fiber?0

Not at all,
I drink some chamomile tea before bed (no sugar)
I was concerned about the fructose because it tastes too good..,I 'm trying not to eat carbs after 12pm, things like bread , flour , rice , potatoes, now focusing on eating protein and veggies (juice) for dinner.0 -

I extract the juice from the apple and celery..does it lose It's fiber in the process ?0 -

Yup--the stuff that's left over in the juicer that you throw away--that's the fiber!0 -

Most of the fiber is in the skin so yes
I'd agree to just eat the apple and celery... But if you like the juice no I wouldn't worry about fructose unless you tend to eat a whole lot of sugar.0 -
