Traveling for Work

I have a couple of work trips planned in the next couple of weeks. I have not traveled since I've been dieting and exercising. I'm packing my workout clothes and the hotels I'm staying at will have gyms, but I'm usually so tired when I travel that I'm afraid I"m going to wimp out when it comes to actually going to the gym. I try to work out 4-5 days a week, I don't want to get off track because of travel, this is a part of my job and not a time I can blow off working out. And of course, I will be eating out every meal. My BF travels a LOT for work, but he will just get a protein shake and skip meals with co-workers. I have a sales job, take clients out etc, I can't really skip meals. I know the tricks for eating out- but meal after meal it will feel like a constant battle. Salads, no cheese, and dressing on the side with grilled chicken can only be so interesting. After 3 days of this I might be crazy. Wish me luck that I can find more interesting fair.:grumble:

Generally when I travel, I have lots more time in the morning which is a great time to workout. Food choices can be hard but what is hard is usually the most room for true opportunity
