Insanity, 30Day Shred, P90X

Hi! I am a very committed work-outer. I work out 5 days a week at least, and run, lift weights, etc. I'm hoping to lose another 30 pounds and some inches (the eating has always been the hard part for me!) I hear on these boards that people have excellent results from P90X, Insanity, and the Jillian Michaels videos. Any thoughts on: (1) which of these videos is most effective or (2) whether you think adding in one of these videos would be worth it for me to spend the money to buy the tape (in addition to my monthly gym and trainer bill, which I don't want to give up) or (3) any general comments about any of these programs would be greatly appreciated!
