Why do I feel so hungry??
I had a 3 egg melet with cheese/sausage and 3 20 oz glasses of water...

I have over done it since Christmas, that now my belly thinks it is still hungry...

Gotta get some control over this...

I think I will make some flavored coffee and give myself a caffeine boost to tone down the , " I'm not really hungry I just think I am", phase!!! Love the sugar fee sweeteners....

Oh yeah, I also have some diet chocolate cherry dr. pepper too, maybe one of them will help.

What do you all do when you think you are hungry, but really not??

I start with a glass of water and a few minutes of walking, anything to take my mind off of it. If that doesn't work, I heat up some soup, very low calorie wise and very soothing. If all else fails and it's the end of the night, I go to bed. Since I don't eat in bed, it's a reminder that my day is over and I relax with a movie or a book.

I try not to give in I drink water, or get my mind off of it. There is so many helpful options that I do go for if I want a low cal snack. I either will cut up a whole cucumber and eat that or grill some eggplant with cooking spray and eat that on low calorie bread, 94% FF popcorn is great too, I try to keep cooked chicken no skin in my fridge too. Shirataki noodles with sauce definitely fill me up and the meal is like 80 calories. I try to keep the unhealthy foods out of my house completely although that always doesn't work with my fiance. Sometimes it feels like I am eating all day long but I still stay in my 1300 daily calorie budget because of the choices I make. Good luck

I agree: I keep a baked skinless chicken breast in the frig. already cooked . Plus things to make salads or just munch on. I also have rice cakes on hand . The first week I was really hungry but now I very easily get full on less food . Hang in there the tummy just needs to adjust.
