Does anyone add if you gain a few pounds back? Does it change on your ticker?

Mine fluctuates too but this is not a daily fluctuation- it's pizza and tamales fat!0 -
Nope.. It will go down again next week assuming I haven't changed anything - which I didn't so I don't worry about it. I only weight once a week so I just chalk it up to water, or sodium or ToM or one of about a million other things - especially if its under 5 lbs. Unless you have drastically changed your eating/exercise it's false gains so don't even stress about it.0

I add my weight gain so that I can see it on my progress on my phone app - the important thing is that its still going down as a trend... x0

I weigh in every Wednesday. Whatever it says on that day is what I put in. That way I can see the loss or gain and trend the information. Some weeks it may only be a few ounces here or there but I always put it in.0

Are we talking continual, over maintenance pizza and tamale intake, or was this just a day thing or a weekend thing? Was the weight gain due to high sodium content, and water weight, or is it actual weight gain from consistent over eating?
I won't add any weight "gain" to my ticker unless I go "off the reservation" and not log food or even pretend to stay within limits for a long while and I find that I've gained 15 lbs. Otherwise, I've seen as much as 8-9 lbs fluctuations in the course of a day, only to "lose" it all again within a day or two. For me to add anything, I have to know it's real fat gain.0
