My name is Derek, I am 37 years old...Used this site last year and lost 80 pounds, then gave it up and gained it all back, I am super morbidly obese, weighing in at 491 pounds...I have 2 young children with another on the way, that is my motivation this time...I want to see them grow up...I am going to do this for sure this time..all extra motivation is welcome!!!

Hi, I have been off and on a couple of times on here as well. So far this year I have been doing great. Just take it one day at a time and remember that you can't do anything about yesterday but you can do something about today and tomorrow!
