My 6W6P Results (pic included)

Hello MFP!
I’m only ½ way to my final goal but I just completed Jillian Michael’s 6 Week 6 Pack program and thought I’d share my results. Before doing 6W6P, I completed her 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 so I wasn’t a total Jillian newb. For those of you that don’t know, there are 2 stages in 6W6P and Jillian’s instruction is to do each stage for 3 weeks, of course starting with stage 1. By the end of the first 3 weeks, I’ll admit I was cocky. I was doing the advanced moves and kicking serious tail… then came Stage 2. Holy cheeseballs Batman… I can honestly say that 6W6P Stage 2 was the most difficult Jillian Michael’s workout for me so far. I say so far because I will continue to torment myself with her workouts and I’m sure the best is yet to come.
Anyway, I did 6W6P 6 days a week with the exception of 2 weeks, where I was only able to do it 5 times. I’m also doing the strength training program in the book New Rules of Lifting for Women 3 days a week and just wrapped up Stage 4 (although I skipped the ab moves while doing 6W6P because… well just because).
Here are my stats:
Weight: Lost 6 pounds
Belly over button: (-) 3.5 inches
Natural waist: (-) 2.25 inches
Hips: (-) 3.75 inches
Chest: (-) 1.5 inches (a bittersweet loss… goodbye boobs)
Left thigh: (-) 1.25 inches
And here are my before, during and after pics…
If there’s anyone out there thinking about doing this program, I’d recommend it. You’re done in under 40 minutes and as expected with anything from Jillian Michael’s, she delivers.
