chicken legs

I've had some chicken legs I bought and put in the freezer... I was going to splurge and fry them when I bought them. I have made the better choice to try to fix them healthier... the only problem is I need some healthy recipes! I typically only fix chicken legs by breading and frying them, so this is a huge change hehe. So if you have any healthy recipes can you send them my way?

Chicken alla diavola:
4 chicken legs
1 spanish pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano
4 tbsp fresh oregano
4 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon
Preheat the oven 220 degrees C.
Make cuts in the top of the chicken legs, to let the flavours in.
Chop the spanish pepper very finely and mix with the oregano and oil. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze one half of the lemon.
Mix the lemon juice with the oil, oregano and spanish pepper and add a sprinkle of salt.
Rub the oil mixture all over the chicken legs, making sure it gets in the cuts as well.
Put the chicken legs in an oven dish and cook in the oven for 45 minutes.
Cut the other half of the lemon in thick slices and serve with the chicken.0 -
