MFP Newby <waving>

Hello, I've finally figured out that MFP is a great tool for helping me change my bad habits for good ones.

I live with and care for my elderly mother and am at least 80 lbs. overweight, so I have a ways to go on getting healthy. I realize that I'll need to change my relationship with food and fitness along the way to be successful.

I like walking for exercise and have been pretty good about doing it several times a week for over 6 months so far. I've already lost about 10 lbs. since I started walking regularly.

I'm a long-term online member of Weight Watchers, but, clearly, I've not been following the Plan. D'oh! Time to get some commitment going.

It's nice to feel like I'm doing something good for myself. :smile:
