Hello!!

Hello I am 24 F 5'6 190 (eek)and ready to take care of myself again---I was very active when I was younger and looking to get back to feeling good about myself--- I started today by joining a local gym and writing down/watching everything I eat- My goals are to lose about 15-20 lbs, tone up and feel better about myself!!! Motivation, support or helpful tips welcome!!! Happy Monday!!
