tips for toning and tummy issues

hi, i am not far off my goal weight but i now need to tone and get rid of my tummy, i carry most of my weight around my stomach what exercise do i need to do to help tone this up

    Doing yoga has assisted me in toning my stomach. It is one of the few workouts that my core is sore from them next day!

    Try the Jillian Michael's 30 day shred. Every 10 day you do a different lesson ( 3 lessons , 10 days per lesson = 30 days) I purchased mine at Dunhams for $14.99 or at Target. You can also watch it on You Tube for free

    Continue to lose body fat and start a strength training program. There are many out there, but preferabbly one that focuses on compound movements and heavy lifting. :)

    Yoga (particularly the exercises that incorporate a yoga ball)
    Pilates
    8-minute abs
    P90X Ab-Ripper-X disk
    Insanity abs disk
    Gillian Michael's stuff.

    Or anything else that mentions "core" from online. Check sparkpeople's exercises for core. There's a decent host of stuff there.
