My goal for the day is to squat 405 twice after doing 185 12x, 225 10x, 275 8x, 315 6x, 365 4x who has faith in me!?

    Have you hit 405 for a double before?

    I did 390 this last weekend in competition. 405 is my goal by the end of the year.
