Lol... I'm so glad you posted this! I used to have a big butt but after losing 95 lbs it's pretty much gone. I want my stomach gone & some of my butt back! I'll be interested to see if you get any good answers. What abt the Brazil Butt Lift vids?0

You can have mine ! :laugh:0

Some people just naturally have a flatter bum, but you can build up the muscles in that area with squats and lunges. Lots of them, with and/or without weights. You may never have a J-Lo bum, but you can make the most of what you've got.0

Squats, lunges, deadlifts, step ups, & glute bridges all can make your butt bigger!0

ive heard some women stick it out more when they walk.0

Try eating everything in sight till Dec, that should do the trick0 -
A friend of mine had amazing results with the Brazil butt lift. I loved Jillian Michaels Killer buns and thighs. A high butt is a happy butt!0

I wanted to add, if you actually want to gain new lean body mass/muscle, you need to eat at a calorie surplus. Working out the butt and eating at a calorie deficit, will just strengthen your butt muscles.0

haha, you are just soo funny. 'eat everything'
but thanks guys, i'll start squats.0 -

Blogilates has loads of bum videos, they are great. Especially the Call Me Maybe Squat Challenge. Exercise won't necessarily make your bum much bigger though, just rounder and perkier.0 -
I know how you feel...mine is looking like a defated balloon :sad:0

Eat lots and do squats, deadlifts and lunges.0

Squats , dead lifts, and kick backs...and lots of protein...sprinting can also build that area very well..0

In addition to what's been said Squats, DLs, Lunges.....
I feel I always have to come and add Hill Sprints to the mix.
I have a peer reviewed *kitten* that suggests all of these and oreos work.0 -
Yup ^^
I actually just posted a NSV that my butt had "plumped" up.. In the last month or so, I've been doing a ton of squats, lunges, running and sprints and my booty is PLUMP! No joke, just posted this on my wall not 30 minutes ago
Do these and I GUARANTEE you, your butt will lift by December.0 -

You can have some of mine. I've always had too much butt and boobs. When I'm at a healthy weight, it's a good thing because it gives me a nice hourglass shape. At 250lbs, though, I have butt to spare. LOL0

I've been doing a few of her butt workouts and have noticed my flat and wide butt starting to round out and lift.0 -

Squats, squats, squats, and more squats.0

Add in single leg hip extensions and weighted glute bridges and your booty will be glorious. Oh, and ice cream, daily.0

HAHAHA doesn't really work if you don't have one to begin with. Maybe we should ask kim kardashian what she does? Anyway there's tons of butt workouts so I say pump that *kitten* up lol0 -
20 years ago, I had a bubble butt.....now.....not so much. Seems like all the exercises to get lift....aren't so good for arthritic knees and hips. :frown:0
-
I have the same problem, and unfortunately my hubby is a butt man/. So I will be borrowing your advice that you receive.0

I've always had a naturally pretty small/flat butt... but after eating at maintenance for awhile and lots of lower body strength training, I can now happily say it's MUCH perkier and rounder... pretty spank-worthy LOL. I love it! Balances out my umm... upper body
So yeah... basically what others said. Lots of squats & lots of food!! Win win if you ask me!0 -
Lulu, if your legs are any indication, then I'd give two thumbs up0
