Hi
I have recently started reading about IF and more specifically Leangains. I want to try it as I think its worth a shot. I also decided at the same time to start Insanity again. However I'm confused about whether the 2 can be done together. As a 38 year old women I am not that bothered about losing muscle mass although my legs are muscular and I would like to keep them that way. My routine at the moment is
Monday : spin class at 7 am , then off to the office
Tuesday : HIIT session/ weight training ( about 40 mins in total) - office
Wed: 30 min run /weight training ( 40 mins ) - office
Thurs - Rest
Fri - Rest
Sat : 9am spin class and a little bit of weight training
Sun : 3 hour afternoon martial arts class
I was hoping to use Insanity to shock my body and help shift some of the stubborn stomach fat but can I do it with Leangains?
Thanks
