Lagging Energy!!!!

I seem to lose my energy around 3pm when I am looking to head to the gym. I have been drinking 1 cup of coffee to give me a boost. Was wondering if anyone had any other ideas to bump up my energy before I workout?
My work schedule is from 7a-3p and I get around 6-7 hours of sleep. Any ideas will be helpful.

    Do you get more energy in the evening, or do you feel energy-less after 3PM and on?
