It's almost comical how lazy I've felt over the past week. I've not lost any motivation to reach my target weight; though, my actions of late would indicate otherwise. I can't bring myself to workout.
So, my question for you all is what are some ways that you get yourself refocused to doing what you need to do? Whether it's exercising or dieting...

I'm right there with you. . I get up so early for work, that all I want to do at night is go home and sit on the couch.
I am a bit stressed, so I'm tired also. I was exercising up until July 2012, but the last few months have not been good at all for exercise.
I feel that I eat too many carbs.
I did well the last two weeks with preparing meals, but find that I am not consistent.
