BMI is a simple calculation. You can find it online anywhere. There's nothing to test out. lol
  • Is it BMI or does it show the percentage of fat and percentage of water? My scales shows the percentages, but I don't really think it's very accurate because they fluctuate quite a bit from day to day. A little fluctuation would be expected, but I don't think my fat percentage can change by that much on any given day, particularly if it's a day that my weight didn't change at all. That just doesn't make sense to me. I mostly just pay attention to my total weight and ignore all those other lovely little details. lol

No. lol I meant like ive found numerous ways of calculating it online. Some ask for your "Frame" ex. small Medium Large. I Was just wondering if the digital scale can accurately measure it.. along with body fat percentage it gives me my body fat % but im unsure if i should go by my scale...

Also What is to low of a body fat percentage? lol does anyone know?

& Whats a Good or / AVG BMI for someone 5'0 & Female? lol

You're doing it wrong. There are not different ways of calculating BMI. It doesn't depend on your frame. It's just a ratio of your height to weight. It sounds like you are confusing body fat percentage with BMI. lol
