Hi I'm Liz and I'm brand new on here. I recently lost 36 pounds and am looking to start a lifting program to reduce my body fat. I have heard great things about this fitness site and that the community is supportive. I live in Ohio and would love to find some friends in the area.

    i'm planning to buy a home gym as well.. new to the site too. i have a great gym room off my indoor pool.. but all i have now is an elliptical and a bike and some free weights. wish i could help.
