Accountability

I am looking for a group of people that will help me as well as others by logging in each day and making sure that we did what we planned for our workout.

I sometimes find it way to easy to slack if i know we arent having someone watch us. Hince why so many people find it hard to workout at home

I have decided that i will read everyones bloggs and make a note to them if they say they worked out the trick is that you have to write in your blogg daily about your workout that day.

I started mine today. It wasn't a good day not the hardest i had ever worked out but still burned calories right?

So if you join this post i will be your accountability partner and read your bloggs about your workouts daily.

    I would love to join I need motivation to eat healthier at night. I am good with fitness and daytime eating except on weekends and nights so I need someone to just motivate me too. Thanks
