Clean & Lean - James Duigan - ??

I've been having a read of reviews online aswell as what it involves, and so far it sounds like something I'd like to try.
I'm sure you've all heard of it before, and there have no doubt been other posts on it (i just can't find them sorry!).
I like that it's low carb, high in protein and just generally cuts out the crap - literally actually, with their C.R.A.P thing.
Do you think it's worth buying the book? So using their recipes etc and actually following it or rather just following the idea of it loosely, so keeping to the idea but doing it my own way?

Just wondering if any of you had done it? Or any thoughts on it?
