Pre and Post cardio meals for weight loss?

Hey everyone, so basically I'm trying to lose weight and get a better body shape, so i've been doing cardio and weight classes. I know that before a weight class I have carbs, like avocado on toast or a banana, and after weights i have a protein shake, but i don't know what to eat before and after cardio classes? when i do cardio, its sometimes running and other times bike riding. If it helps, i'm 161cm and weigh 53kgs. i want to lose 3 or 4 kilos. Thanks :)

    Eat carbs before, you probably don't need the protein after for cardio.

    if you're trying to lose fat don't eat before. Otherwise you just burn what you ate - zero gain.
