Time for a change!

I've been a "yo-yo" dieter and I go on health kicks every now and then. But now it's time to get serious. My body has to last me a life time! I need to improve my health, eating habits, and I need to workout more. I've reached about all of my goals for 2012, but now I really need to focus on losing the rest of the weight. I've lost 10 pounds so far and now I need to lose 20 more. I can do this!! I plan to workout 5 times a week, cut out fast food, and reduce my sweet intake. Lets do this!!
