A friend of mine recommended the app on my phone and until recently, I didn't even know the forums existed.

I've a fairly sedantary day job but I used to training pretty hard a few years ago - so much so I could drink decent amounts of beer and wine and still not put on weight - halcyon days.

The weights fallen off since I started a month ago but is slowing down a bit now. In my head that just means I need to eat less and move more.
