I bought a new scale yesterday and it shows that I weigh 2 pounds more than the old one. Do I adjust my weight loss to the new scale readings ? This is the one I will be using from now on..

I did the same last week and had to log a 7 lb increase. If you plan to use this scale from now on it's probably a good idea. Just don't get discouraged. It's not real gain.0
