40 day challenge!!

40 days until December 1st, why not take up a challenge!! :happy:
I've been at a plateau since I've changed up my new lifestyle (gluten, sugar and dairy-free) I have not lost any weight, however I haven't put any weight back on. FRUSTRATING!! So I'm going in for a fitness & diet challenge! My goal is to never eat below my BMR and hit up the cardio for 60 minutes + 30 minutes of weights/circuit training 5 days out of 7! Please post weight Day 1, 10, 20, 30 & finally day 40!! Indicate which exercises you did maybe we can inspire each other! :tongue:

Day 1)
Weight: 198.6
Cardio: Teach an Aquafitness class for 45 Minutes, walk moderate pace on the treadmill for 35 minutes
Circuit training: although considered cardiovascular HR level 25-30 minutes, (40 steps on aerobic step, dumbell curls, 40 steps, overhead press, 40 steps, weighted squats, 40 steps, weighted lunges & repeat!)
