    Oh, Thank-you!!!

So each fillet is a little longer than my hand, but not as wide,
Iam proably safe to assume that it is around 80-90 grams.....
  • i dont know. but i do know that a med size piece of tiliapia is 100 cal.. and u should really invest in a kitchen scale.. its how i make my daily food goals. The best weight-loss equipment Ive purchased ever.

    good luck!

probably. the food industry is pretty good at delivering the portions at the recommended size. We just seem to think we need THREE!! Lol!

I would say 1 peice of fish is about 90 grams or 3 oz

Definitely get a scale! I recently bought one for $15 or $20 (can't remember but it was very cheap). Got it at Walmart and I use it all the time. It is indispensable as a weight loss tool.

ok....lol, I will go and get myself a scale tomorrow....

I have done really well so far with out it, most everything i have consumed has a measurement by the cup or tbsp..... it may not be exact...but definately close....

90g fillet of cod is 90 cals, 21 protein....

I make fish pretty regularly, but I live in coastal New England, where the options are boundless! :) It does pack a high protein punch without a lot of calories. Unless you fry it or course...
