Rejoining after regaining 15 pounds & need new mfp pals

Hi everyone,
I used MFP a little over a year ago and lost a pretty good amount of weight. After I lost the weight I stopped using it and thought that was fine. However, now I regained 15 pounds and it is really clear that I need to get back to mfp! Summer is tough for me because I always wear dresses in the warm weather and the bottom half can really spread without me realizing and then when fall comes and the temperatures drop to where I need to wear pants instead- it is really noticeable! arg!
So anyways, since it has been so long since I was active on MFP, my pal list has shrunk and a lot of the folks still on there aren't active anymore..... so, I need some active mfp pals that will help keep me accountable! I really prefer people with viewable diaries because it helps me come up with ideas of healthy eating (you'll notice from the one I did yesterday on my first day back- I am used to eating a bunch of junk).
So, please send me a request if you would be interested in being my mfp pal! Thank you!

Feel free to add me if you like. I lost, regained weight and like you, rebooted. I've been here since November. I know what it's like. I re-lost the weight and more and have been on maintenance since June or July.0

Feel free to add me. I'm in the "trying to maintain" mode and I know what it's like to feel like you don't really need to track food after losing the weight. I tried to go on maintaining without the diary but lost sight and started falling back to old bad habits--mainly snacking when bored and going crazy on sweets. I'm trying hard to correct that still and need all the help I can get to stay motivated to eat right. Let's do this together! :-)0

I just sent you an add request; my diary is open and I try to be a good role model. I do like my pals to have an open diary so I can see what they're eating too....it's not enough to be "under" you calories...you should be eating healthy food as well. Also, it's not healthy to eat too few calories so if you consistently eat under 1200 - you'll hear me remark about that over and over again...but it's only for your health.0

The same thing happened to me over the summer. I love dresses, but they can be deceiving! I went to my jeans on when the weather turned cold and the ones from last winter (which I already hated the size of) were way to snug. I knew I had to do something about it! I've been on MFP for a few weeks now and have been feeling great! I love having friends on here to connect with and encourage through the journey. Request sent!0
