Wrist Pain

I had carpal tunnel surgery about 2 years ago (right wrist). The pain in my wrist has returned. I sew, crochet, play the piano. I can't stop living because of wrist pain. Now to my question. Some of the DVD's I'm using want me to do pushups. Bending my wrist back is really bad. I do wear a wrist brace with a metal plate in it. Any suggestions how I can modify pushups? Thanks

If you can figure out a way to do it comfortably, closed fist with your wrist straight might work.0

B6 50 miligrams a day. I started getting carpal tunnel in my risk and a co-worker suggested the B6 and I have not had any more pain since I started taking the vitamin. It doesn't need to be an expensive one, you can get them anywhere. Do not take on an empty stomach though. Take one every day. I also had inflammed joints and was trying all kinds of things for that, once I started the B6 it cleared that up as well. You should know within a week if it will help you or not0

you can use something like the perfect push up0

I injured my right wrist years ago and can't do the standard pushup. Modify your style by making both hands into fists and knuckles down. This keeps your wrists straight and avoids the pain of trying to bend the wrist.0
