I felt for the first time yesterday that I had BACK FAT!!! I really can't believe. Hence the reason I started jogging again. ;(0

The only way to reduce fat is to burn calories/lose weight. You can't spot reduce fat. Strength training/weights will help tone the muscles but not reduce fat.0

I have thunder thighs and everyone who has posted here is right. You gotta burn the fat and then tone the butt and thigh muscles which kind of realigns the curve. It does work. My yoga instructor friend always says to think of the panty line (old school - not thongs!) when you're working out that area. You're focusing on that muscle.

I am burning lots of fat, but I am starting to look dis-proportionate. My upper waste is looking good, bottom staying the same but now looks bigger becasue my top half is smaller. I have faith that the eliptical and rower will burn this off eventually.0
