Football fans...need healthy tailgate fare suggestions

Since this is my off-year and I don't have to host this seasons tailgates (we rotate years), I don't control the menu. However, I do need to bring food-items that are liked by all, but can still help me "stay the course" I need to bring enough to feed about 10-15. I am stumped for new ideas. Please be creative as I am not afraid of detailed prep time.

Chicken fajits with peppers and onions. For lower calories skip the cheese and sour cream and replace with salsa
Naked baked buffalo wings. Instead of breaded and deep fried these will save you calories.
Bring a veggie/fruit tray instead of chips and dip to snack on.
    Stir fry chicken or shrimp.
Chicken or shrimp jambalaya. Save on calories by using brown rice.

Buffalo chicken dip - use normal recipe but substitute cream cheese with reduced fat or even better Greek yogurt! Use light Ranch or make your own with a Ranch dip mix...hot sauce has little calories and the chicken is good protein!

There's about 30 "skinny" football recipes here:

I made the crockpot turkey and 3 bean chili for last sunday's game and it came out really good and was gone by the end of the game! Next week I'm going to make the spinach and bacon stuffed mushrooms.
