I've been doing 30 day shred but am getting a little bit tired of it and know i risk giving up on it if I don't mix it up a bit and start alternating between other videos.
I did Jillian's yoga meltdown last night. Tonight I am doing Ripped in 30 (although it looks SUPER similar to the 30DS, it will at least provide some variation).
What else do you do? I am mostly interested in things with at least some amount of cardio in them, but alternating between videos that work different muscle groups sounds interesting too... so really post ANYTHING!
