Good Nutrition sites?

I found one nutrition sites to use on some of my foods that uses spoon weighing. When I use oil, peanut butter, butter, etc I really don't use the whole amount the container says. I have measuring spoons but I feel like there giving me too much. So I just wanted to know if anyone uses a good site that helps them with this.
This is the one I found and it looks pretty good but not 100% sure.

I don't understand this. If you measure it, how is it giving you too much?
If you want dead on accuracy, volume measurement is not for you, weight measurement is. Buy a digital food scale and weigh everything in grams. That's about as accurate as it gets. Most packaged foods list grams as a measurement for a serving size.0
