I'm down to my last 20 lbs and it's ROUGH! I thought I'd shake things up a bit and challenge myself to burn 10,000 calories in a week. Why? Because I haven't!
How have you challenged yourself and completed goals in your lifestyle change? I'd like to hear those too.

You do realize that would require more than 10 hours of intense cardio? You would basically have to do 2 hours/day. I guess you could do 8 hours of cycling on Saturday or Sunday, and have two, 1 hour rides during the week. Good luck on that!
I used to do that when I was in my first few years of college, over the summer, working part time. I rode 3-4 times/week, riding for 2-3 hours/ride. I had a lot of free time then! It would be impossible for me to do it now. I still don't think I burned anywhere near 10 000 kcal in a week though.0 -
Nice challenge - let us know how it goes!
My challenge? In January I was basically nearly a cripple (see my profile) - now I can do stepups onto a lifting bench, and believe me, that was NOT in my vocabulary 9 months ago!0 -
That is alot in one week it took me 12 hours of racing to burn that amount, I would try and lower that amount a bit to get it in to a more manageable target, I would say 1000 a day is more achieveable.0

oh yessss, I know it's going to be a challenge but challenges aren't suppose to be easy....right! The majority of it will be cycling though.0 -
