I'm thinking of not eating my exercise cals back. The first three weeks. I rode my bike, jogged, did p90x the first week. And then I stopped exercising because I was on tour for like three weeks. And the weight was coming off 1 pound a week. I feel like I want to not exercise until I lose the weight. Because the weight just comes off easier when I'm not working out. I'm not lifting weights. But this week I did start Zumba twice a week. ... maybe my body is holding some water because of Zumba. Idk... anyone else going through this? Should I only aim for a .5 pound a week loss even though I'm cutting sometimes over 3500 kcals a week?

    The body's natural response to sudden exercise is to retain water. Have u lost any inches? soon as you get into a rhythm and your body realises u are active now it won't retain as much water.. So that's my idea
