Starting Over and Need Small Goals

Hello All,
I am starting over on my journey. When I first came to MFP I was doing great with tracking, exercising and losing lbs, but then in August I had a breast reduction and gained back all I had lost off my chest (6.5 lbs!) and a few extra lbs. I got very discouraged and dive bombed off the wagon fast.
I have started counseling due to some emotional and mental issues I am still trying to work out, and within the first session my counselor concluded I have an all or nothing attitude. She's right (even though I hate to admit to it). So I need to look at this journey in smaller goals instead of one large picture. I want to lose 71lbs (maybe a little more depending how I feel after the initial 71). I have broken down my weight loss into small goals with rewards for each (see below), but I want to come up with an elaborate list of weekly goals and changes to implement into my lifestyle to make this a bit less daunting of a task (ie drinking 8 cups of water each day).
Can anyone help with some suggestions?
I'm starting at 221lbs and these are my mini goals/rewards.
210lbs = Manicure
200lbs = Hair cut
190lbs = Pedicure
180lbs = New workout clothes
170lbs = Highlights
160lbs = New make up (replace everything)
150lbs = New bikini
