Really tired and demotivated to exercise this week...

I feel shattered all week and really wanted to get up this morning and start 30 ds.... done it once before and felt great after, so figured in the run up to xmas i would give it another go but couldnt get up today! Contemplating doing it tonight but feel so cold and tired all i want to do is lounge about and curl up on the sofa :(

Help!:yawn:

    This is how I felt last night, and my husband convinced me to do it (30 ds video), I am so happy he did. I felt great after, and felt even better because it was one more day of the 30 down. :smile: You can do it! You'll be happy you did!

    everyday there will be a new excuse awaiting you, to sabotage, ruin and wreck. Take that excuse by the neck and wring it until dead and then do a couple of squat thrusts with the body!

    Do something. It doesn't have to be the shred but do something....even if for 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes you want to hit the sack then do, but I find that if I just get started then I keep going.
