Right just watched the film Magic Mike, pure pervert delight by the way, I recommend if you haven't seen it.

But I am intrigued because some of the bodies on that film are unreal, I mean really what must you do for a body like that?
Surely these guys must be at the gym 24/7 to have such a physique?

I am not asking because I am hoping for pecs like Channing Tatum but just purely interested in how much work must go into it?

Are we talking hours at the gym? Strict as diet?

Ps does any know where I can my own Channing Tatum

read interviews with joe manganiello about his diet/fitness.

cliff notes = no carbs, pretty much ever. protein, protein, protein all day erryday! working out 2-4 hours a day 2x a day.
  • For celebrities? Expensive personal trainers.

But otherwise, there isn't a specific way of getting the ultimate bod. Find what works for you, then maximize your efforts to see maximum results. :) Good luck.

And people say money can't buy you happiness well maybe not no but it can certainly buy you a personal trainer and damn I would be happy if I had one of them!

There is of course a danger of believing the extreme is the ultimate and never being happy with your own acheivements. Body sculpture at extremes can become as damaging as being overweight if the person doing it is becoming increasingly depressed an obsessive.

Do what you love and be happy with what you acheive.

What it takes is years of persistence or drugs. You dont have to spend hours and hours per week in the gym in a few months. You have to spend a reasonable number of hours per week in the gym for years.

Ha ha ha ha yeah you have to want it bad enough to be DEDICATED!! I have a friend who has gone beyond dedication tho to being an obsessed body builder --she competes and wins which is great but she is so ripped she's starting to look.........? Overdone ha ha? People make comments now that she looks kinda gross --not sure that's what she was heading for.

Be careful so you don't overdo it. ;)

Well everyone is entitled to make their body as they want, and people are entitled to their opinions. Most likely she would apeeal to the people who have said that if she just gained a few lbs of fat.
